1. Using Detusy
Detusy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for learning German. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Content and intellectual property
All lessons, audio, text, graphics and the Detusy name and logo are owned by Detusy and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute or resell app content without permission.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription. Any pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase and handled by the relevant app store.
5. Disclaimer
Detusy is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep lessons accurate and the app reliable, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
